I want to have Lipo or Smart Lipo, on my inner thighs because when i walk they rub together. I’m 62 years young. How can i do it, and have my thighs tightened so they don’t look like they are falling? Thanks Shelley

      Hi Shelley,
Rubbing of the inner thighs is a common concern. Liposuction or SmartLipo can help remove some of the fat, but tightening of the inner thigh skin is difficult, even with a laser liposuction method like SmartLipo. The present tone of your skin will be the best determinant of your result. Consult with a plastic surgeon certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. A personal consultation and examination is the best way to explore the possibilities. Thank you for your question, Dr. Furnas and Dr. Canales
