Stress-free Wedding Planning

It was the moment I had dreamed about, and I answered him, “Yes!” Feelings of excitement and joy took over and I forgot where I was standing. We were finally engaged.

Not much time passed before these thoughts faded, and my mind filled with others: I have to plan a wedding! What will I wear? I need to lose weight! My skin must be perfect. I want to look and feel the best I ever have in my life!

As a bride-to-be, I’m the first to admit that looking good and feeling fabulous are my top priorities. I thought I’d share a few tips I’ve picked up in case you or someone you love want to look your best on the Big Day (or some other splashy event)!

1. Grow your lashes.

At least four months before the wedding, start using Latisse®. Longer, fuller, and darker lashes will brighten your eyes. It’s easy to use, and the results can make a world of difference. Enhancing lashes is at the top of my list!

2. Keep active.

Exercise is a great way to relieve the stress of planning a wedding! To make sure I can fit it into my day, I’ve added it to my morning routine. By laying out my workout clothes the night before, I can jump out of bed, go for a half-hour jog, and be ready for my day.

3. Enhance your skin.
